This Refund Policy is incorporated into and made part of the Hermox Document Solutions LLC Terms of Service. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Hermox Document Solutions LLC provides professional self-help document preparation services. Hermox Document Solutions LLC is the legal operating entity, billing entity, merchant of record, customer support provider, refund-policy administrator, and document preparation provider for all Hermox Document Solutions LLC and BlockMyDebt services.
BlockMyDebt is a self-help document preparation service offered by Hermox Document Solutions LLC.
Hermox Document Solutions LLC is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, does not represent customers in court, does not file documents on behalf of customers, does not negotiate debts, does not collect debts, does not hold settlement funds, does not provide debt settlement services, does not provide debt relief services, and does not guarantee any legal, financial, debt-related, settlement, garnishment, judgment, or court outcome.
All services are self-help document preparation services only.
2. Payment
All fees for Hermox Document Solutions LLC document preparation services are due in full at the time of purchase unless a written split-payment arrangement is approved.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods made available at checkout.
By completing a purchase, you authorize Hermox Document Solutions LLC to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of the applicable service fee.
Hermox Document Solutions LLC is the merchant of record and legally responsible entity for all transactions, billing, receipts, refunds, customer support, chargeback responses, and customer obligations.
Split-payment arrangements may be available upon request. If a split-payment arrangement is approved, you authorize us to charge your payment method according to the agreed payment schedule. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the second or remaining payment may be charged on the agreed date, upon commencement of work, or upon delivery of completed documents, whichever occurs first.
3. Refund Policy
Because our services involve custom document preparation based on your specific information, facts, documents, deadlines, court, jurisdiction, and matter type, fees are non-refundable once document preparation has begun.
If you wish to cancel your order before document preparation has begun, you must contact us immediately at:
Cancellations received before document preparation begins will receive a full refund to the original payment method, unless another refund method is required or permitted by the payment processor.
Once document preparation has begun, no refund will be issued based on:
Non-use of the documents;
Dissatisfaction with a legal, financial, court, collection, settlement, garnishment, judgment, or debt-related outcome;
Change of mind;
Resolution of your matter before using the documents;
Failure to file, serve, mail, submit, or use the documents;
Missed deadlines;
Court rejection;
Opposing-party response;
Settlement rejection;
Unfavorable ruling;
Failure to follow instructions;
Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer; or
Any other reason, except as required by applicable law or as otherwise approved by Hermox Document Solutions LLC in its sole discretion.

Exceptions to this Refund Policy may be made solely at the discretion of Hermox Document Solutions LLC or as required by applicable law.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact Hermox Document Solutions LLC directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can attempt to resolve any billing or service concern.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is determined by the card issuer, payment network, arbitrator, court, or other authorized decision-maker to be knowingly false, fraudulent, or submitted in bad faith after services were provided or document preparation had begun, you may be responsible for a chargeback processing fee of up to $150, to the extent permitted by applicable law, in addition to any amounts properly owed for services provided.
Your electronic acceptance of our Terms of Service, payment records, intake submissions, access logs, work records, communications, document-preparation records, and delivery confirmations may be used as evidence of your purchase, authorization, receipt of services, commencement of work, and agreement to our refund terms in any billing review, payment dispute, arbitration, court proceeding, or chargeback response.
Hermox Document Solutions LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services where a payment dispute, chargeback, fraud concern, misuse, or nonpayment issue exists, subject to applicable law.
5. Timing of Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be submitted to the original payment method. The time it takes for a refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment processor.

6. No Guarantee of Outcome
A refund will not be provided because of an unfavorable legal, financial, court, collection, settlement, garnishment, judgment, or debt-related outcome.
Hermox Document Solutions LLC does not guarantee that any document, letter, package, template, or self-help material will result in a dismissal, settlement, reduced debt, stopped garnishment, vacated judgment, favorable ruling, or any other specific result.
All customers remain responsible for reviewing documents, verifying accuracy, meeting deadlines, filing or submitting documents, attending court when required, and making their own legal decisions.
